Natural Resources Management

In the Natural Resources Management Program, young professionals engage in experiential learning based on current industry standards relating to sustainable forestry techniques, heavy equipment operation and maple syrup production. This program is designed to give young professionals a better understanding of our natural resources as they train for a variety of outdoor careers. Young professionals will learn through experience and develop both the skills to perform work properly and cultivate sensitivity to the environment in which the young professionals work. Young professionals will learn environmental studies, forestry and general heavy equipment operation in the outdoors. This diverse instruction will develop the skills needed to become successful in a wide variety of environmental conservation and management careers.
